Okay so everyone keeps yelling at me cause I haven't posted in forever. I would just like to say I have a very athletic 6yr. old son who plays soccer,baseball,basketball,rides skateboards,razor skooters,heeleys,bikes,and now wants to play volleyball. I barely have time to keep him out of the ER. Now Chaiz who is 2 has started to skateboard. My life is full of scary 'mommy" screams.
Not to mention these new things called rip sticks or wave boards they came out with. Could someone please tell Croix his name is not Tony HAWK!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm a firm believer that you need to teach you kids to swim as soon as possible. When Croix was a baby I can't remember how many times he jumped in the pool with all his clothes and shoes on,when he didn't know how to swim. Most of them were in the middle of winter.
So yesturday Chaiz and I were at thwe store a nd he really wanted a scooby doo life vest,so I bought it. We go to my moms house and he wants to put it on,we try it on ,he goes outside. My mom is cleaning the pool and I'm trying to get him to come over to me so I can take his clothes and shoes off. He runs all the way to the middle of the pool and JUMPS!!! The vest keeps his body out of the pool,but he's just floating on his stomach and can't lift his face out of the water. My mom and I are on opposite sides of the pool and both run and jump in. Both of us FULLY clothed. I got him out of the pool and said what are you doing crazy. He replied" I wimming"

So finally we are settled. Croix is all registered to start 1st grade Aug 25. Someone please pinch me because I am still in shock that I am old enough to have a child that old. The boys love being able to play with their cousins everyday and to swim in nana's pool.
I'm trying to get back in shape to start playing volleyball again,everyone keeps pushing me to play with the womens league in Vegas. Iguess they miss me since I left:) Anyone who has taken a break from playing and then starts again knows how bad it hurts to play again. Muscles you didn't even know you had hurts. I swear sometimes you hair hurts.
I'm still looking around for some fun extracurricular things for my 2 yr old to do. He gets bored easily with brother at school. If anyone has any ideas,let me know.
We are looking for a couple acres in overton/logandale to build our house on. I told Shawn I wanted to build a log cabin,he is not to fond of that idea. I told him if someone can build a house that looks like a castle I can build a log cabin!!!!!!!!

Moving day!!!
Chaiz is so excited to see his brother,he hates that he has to wait until 7pm. He keeps yelling "lets go hairpain"

Severe hangover

It always sounds like fun to hang out and drink some beer, especially when you are moving away. But how many beers are too many when you have a baby waking you up at 630 am. The answer is 8!! 8 is too many beers.

Moving time

Today I am finishing up with the last few random things that need to be packed up. It's so weird when you pack up your house and you have little odds and ends and you don't know what box to put them in. So I labeled the box "random crap" for the loss of anything better to name it. Chaiz is so excited because he and I get to ride the "hairpane". It's an eight hour drive
so we are flying and Shawn and his friend that wants to see Vegas are driving.
I HATE DRIVING!!! I'm a little bit of a spoiled brat:)

Crazy boy

Once again my crazy Chaiz has done something very naughty. I put his on the kitchen table with his markers while I was making lunch. Usually the worst part is him drawing all over himself. Well this time when I checked on him he had marker all over is face, when I asked him what happened he said"hungry". Well it turned out he had bitten the tips off of all his markers. I freaked out a little until I read the package which luckily said NON-TOXIC. Needless to say I was relieved,although I did make him drink like three glasses of milk.

Like I said before I have crazy kids. Chaiz who is 2 always tries to hit me with whatever he can get his hands on. Usually when I yell at him I yell "Chaiz Mateo knock it off." This happens so often he actually thinks "Chaiz Mateo" is a bad word. So on Saturday he came out of his brothers room with his baseball bat chasing the dogs around with it. When I took the bat away he yelled at the top of his lungs "Chaiz Ateo!!" Which I think was the cutest thing ever.

Croix has been in Vegas for about 4weeks now,way to long! Chaiz walks around everyday looking for him and when he can't find him he just say, oh brother at cool. He is so cute. I love when kids start to talk and put sentences together.

One more week and we will be back in Vegas. Yea

Banned fireworks

Well my 4th was pretty boring. Shawn was working Croix is in Vegas and fireworks were banned in Cali!! Apparently over 1000 fires is too many and they didn't want any new ones. All though I did hear a couple illegal fireworks somewhere in the distant fields. So while everyone else in the country was outside watching fireworks I was sitting on the couch with a bud light watching fireworks in New York!! EXCITING

I can not wait to get back to Vegas were my family and friends are, so I don't have to spend any more boring holidays on the couch. 13 more days!
